Returns Policy



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase every time and if you aren’t, we are here to help. You can reach us anytime via  email at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pacifiers or teething toys.


Returns – change of mind or incorrect fit

If you change your mind or the item does not suit or fit, we will offer you a store credit, but please note we do not offer refunds for these reasons.

Returning online orders:

For shipped orders, please email us at within 14 days of your order being delivered, so that we can authorise your return. Once authorised you will be asked to post your goods back within 3 days. All return postage charges will be at your expense. Please choose a tracked service.

Store credits issued will be valid for 3 months, and not able to be used with any other sale discount, store credit or code. Normal shipping charges or free shipping thresholds apply to orders made with the store credit.


Something is wrong with my order.

Oh no! Let us help. We personally pack and check all items and orders prior to shipping. But if something has arrived to you damaged, faulty, or not as you expect – please email us at within 3 days. Please include photos, and any details which may help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

We do not offer returns on any pre order items. These orders are considered final.

We do not offer to cancel or alter your order after checkout for any reason, that includes but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code, incorrect details. Please look over everything carefully prior to confirming and checking out. If you do happen to put incorrect details then please email us straight away. Once your order has been dispatched then no changes can be made. 

At times we may have multi buy offers. If you utilise one of these offers, any request to return qualifying items from the order, due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you will forfeit the discount on all other items in the offer. The store credit issued will reflect this forfeit.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
