Orders & Personalisation
Can I personalise my item?
Yes! Many of our pieces can be personalised with a name or special detail. Simply enter the name in the personalisation box on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What should I check before placing my order?
Please double-check spelling, capitalisation and dates before placing your order. Your item will be created exactly as it appears in your order details.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet we will do our best to update it.
Will I receive a preview of my personalised item?
At this stage we don’t provide design previews. Each item is carefully created to match the personalisation details you provide.
Processing & Shipping
How long will my order take to be made?
Because many of our pieces are personalised, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully created before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, shipping usually takes:
• 2–6 business days within Australia depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping may be available at checkout depending on the item and your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will organise a replacement or solution for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Are your backpacks machine washable?
Yes! Our corduroy backpacks are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain their quality.

Eltah Lane was created by a mum of two girls who loves designing thoughtful, personalised pieces for little ones.
Where did the name Eltah Lane come from?
The name was inspired by my daughters Tahlee and Elly, combining their names to create something truly personal and meaningful.
